Equipment Check out instructions: Below you will find you group and your check out time. The times are just the preferred time for a player to arrive. If they do not work, come at whatever time you can. Equipment checkout will run from 5 pm until 8 pm on July 23, 2026, at West De Pere High School Cross Fit room at the back of the building. Please park in the front lot and walk around the back of the school.
What to bring:
1. The player and a parent or guardian
2. Your Medical form completed by a physician or other medical professional. NOTE: If your player played as a fifth grader, they do not need to submit a new Medical Form.
Note about girdles: Girdles are not necessary this year with our new pants.
What should the player wear:
1. A t-shirt and shorts (no pants, especially jeans)
2. Slides or some footwear that can easily come off as they will need to try on pants.
Note: If you cannot make the scheduled time, please come to the event as soon as possible.
Note: If I split up family members (which I some how always manage to do), come to whatever time is best.
